Returns and Refunds Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and services, but due to the nature of our digital products, we have a strict returns and refunds policy. Please review the policy below to understand how we handle returns and refunds for digital video products:

  • No Returns on Digital Products: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final once the customized video has been delivered. We encourage you to review all customization details carefully before submitting your order to ensure accuracy.

  • Refunds: Refunds are not available once the digital product has been delivered. However, if there is an error with the video that is caused by us, we will offer a free re-edit or replacement to ensure your satisfaction.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations are only possible before the customization process begins. Once you submit your customization details (e.g., photo, text, song), we begin the production process, and cancellations cannot be made.

  • Issues with the Video: If you experience any problems with the video, such as incorrect customization or technical issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the video. We will promptly work to resolve the issue by either providing a corrected version or offering an alternative solution.

  • Quality Assurance: We take every measure to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of the videos. If an error on our part affects the video, we will address it at no extra cost.
